Formed in 1995, Tri State Traffic Data, Inc. (Tri-State) is an industry leader in traffic data collection services in the Mid-Atlantic and New England regions. With highly trained staff and an extensive equipment inventory, Tri-State can complete any job, regardless of how big or small. Tri-State’s biggest asset is our experienced staff of dedicated professionals with a wide range of experience in traffic data collection services. The current management team has over 150 years of direct industry experience.

Tri-State is focused on the Mid-Atlantic States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, Ohio, West Virginia, and North Carolina along with the New England states of New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Rhode Island.

Over the past five years, Tri-State has completed traffic data collection projects for over 250 different private engineering firms and government agencies. The quality of the data we collect for our clients is vitally important to us. Accordingly, our field technicians are thoroughly trained in how to get the best possible count data at any given location. The data then goes through a two-part review before being sent to the client. If there is an issue with the data quality, the count is promptly redone at no additional charge.
